Lagoon Deployment Wizard ?

Since I can't do a .dll I'll do an .exe.

I found some Lagoon stuff packaged in my D.5 Pro but where do I find and/or
start the Lagoon wizard described here:

Also, how do I use the other features listed here:
http://www.object-arts.com/Products.htm  including "To Go" option and COM
Server components?
