Latest pre-release kills Command-~ in OSX

I use Command-~ to switch between windows in an application.  The latest pre-release of vw7.10:

Version Id:
        #[72 52 74 192 70 32 0 0 172 40 74 176]

does not respond to this key combination (windows are not cycled).  All previous versions worked fine (as do all of my other OSX apps).
