License clarification

rush
Hello,

is it allowed by the Dolphin license to deploy and ship application that
defines new classes and methods at the runtime? The application would not be
another Smalltalk, but perhaps implementation of another language?

The license is intended to allow you to build applications that are
extensible at run time, however:
1) Your application must add " significant and primary functionality" (i.e.
you can't ship a derivative Smalltalk development system).
2) You are not permitted to allow your users to further redistribute
Dolphin's redistributable components.

The effect of (2) is really intended to be that anyone using Dolphin to
develop applications, whether that be in Smalltalk or not, would have to own
a Dolphin license of their own. This could, however, be a low-cost DVE
license, and other license terms could be available by separate negotiation.
