I hit this limitation, when I tried to import the complete ext4js library from Sencha with all its resources into the VA repository. To get rid of this problem I change the Grease code and now all generated methods have no category and this works pretty well.
The IC (with all the JS source code) is about 13 MByte large ... but the Sencha demo application could be served from VA ...
