Loading XML mapping support

I should probably mention that I need XML mapping in a runtime packaging (XD) image where there is no use in any additional ETBaseTools or SstBaseTools or AbtWSIServer stuff...

Have you tried loading just the feature ST: XML Parser to see if that meets your needs?
