Loading latest Seaside 3.0 in latest Pharo 1.1

Is there a proper and simple way to do this with Gofer ?

Not at the moment. Seaside 3.0 itself probably works in Pharo 1.1, but
some of its dependencies do not.

I don't think we will support Pharo 1.1 in the near future, at least
not as long as there is no release candidate.
