Loose Methods Moved Back to Base Package - Defect Noticed in D4

Jeffrey Odell-2
I've not had a chance to test in D5, and I'm tied up the rest of the day,
but in D4, when you moved a class to a new superclass, any loose methods
were moved back into the package that contained the class.  This happened to
me consistently.  I'm hoping this is corrected in D5.

I can look at D5 this evening (EST in the states), but if Blair/Andy already
knows about it they can stop me before I move ahead.  Otherwise I'll be glad
to test it this evening.

I could not reproduce this in D5.  I will try again in D4.  I use STS, and
it is possible it was related to it, but who knows.  More to come.
