I was just going to ask the same question
when I saw your post ...
It's obvious that you can call all Windows libraries
from Dolphin. An example of how to access MIDI
in particular might make for a good example of
how Smalltalk is the greatest thing for encapsulating
ugly C-APIs inside simple objects.
If you find any further info about MIDI with Dolphin,
please keep us posted.
