MSE and root folder in 2.0

Have anyone tried to import model form MSE and set a root dir successfully?
I'm having a bad luck with that

I encountered the problem yesterday. Updating to the latest version should fix the problem (I tested manually on Mac and Windows). It would be great to have a test for this behavior. Anyone volunteers to write one?
