Mac OS X menu bar integration

Attached is an init.st that provides a proof of concept on how to make VisualGST prettier on Mac OS X. You have to have it compiled against the Quartz-aware GKT-OSX and all it does right now is put the menu bar where it ought to be. People not running OS X can see the result here:

It doesn't look native (popup menus, scrollbars) but it looks pretty good!

Nice indeed.  I'll try to integrate it in the GTK package.
