MCReader class>>#canReadFileNamed: has an issue with Tonel because directories there have no extension, but the MCStReader checks if the package name ends on 'st' (not '.st'). Then repositories that contain packages named like 'Something-Test' are supposed be in FileTree instead of Tonel format. Already fixed in Pharo 7
