First we need to be sure what the exact problem is.

The proposed change would probably work, but that has to be tested too.

Even shorter would be

aStream contents base64Decoded readStream

With the new image reader code the patch will work, I think.

But all this keeps using the ugly Base64MimeConverter forever, which is not the plan.

The client code should just be

Form fromBinaryStream: self seasideAdaptorRunningIconContents base64Decoded readStream

Could some rewrite rule magic help here ?
