Select a method protocol in Calypso, and then select a method a in that protocol. 2. Perform an "Extract Method" refactoring on the method a — this will change method a, but also create a new method b containing the extracted code. Method b will be added to the selected protocol. 3. Notice that method b is not visible in the list of methods.  4. Switch to another protocol, and then switch back.  Method b now shows up in the list of methods.
