- consider renaming DelayTickerInterface to AbstractDelayTicker. There is no clear definition of the term "interface" in Pharo
- improve naming of tickers to separate resolution and capping (e.g. DelayUnconstrainedTicker -> DelayMicrosecondUncappedScheduler)
- replace "Semaphore new signal" in DelaySemaphoreScheduler>>initializeTicker:suspendedDelaysHeap: with "Semaphore forMutualExclusion"
