Load Settings

it will cause a lot of issues written as inform: like
"Information
Cannot update #opalCompiler#optionReadOnlyLiterals. Exception: MessageNotUnderstood: receiver of "interactive" is nil"

The same errors will be shown as soon as the image will be started
