Backport of issue 22513: Update ProfStef and fix spelling mistakes.

ProfStef's PharoSyntaxTutorial has currently few outdated things (names from Pharo 4-), spelling mistakes and broken url at the end of the tutorial.

For example:
- 'a ZeroDivide exception. So the debugger' - double space
- ALT+ shortcuts like alt+D, alt+p etc. are written as main ones, although no OS uses them anymore AFAIK
- following page does not exist: http://pharobyexample.org
- spaces before exclamation and question marks on multiple occasions
- promotes Workspace instead of Playground
- promotes message 'explore' instead of 'inspect'
