The max line length configuration for the formatter seems to not be used, and the current formatting is dependent on the actual window size.

Find attached an animation showing the problem.

We're trying to get consistent formatting for our projects but it's impossible because depending on which computer you use Pharo and the actual browser window size the formatting is different.
