When Monticello tries to determine the package that belongs to a loaded method from the provided category name and it finds some, it makes it dirty, but can accidentally continue in making dirty packages that correspond to a shorter name.

Example:
category: SomePackage-Tests-category
correctly dirty package: SomePackage-Tests
additionally and incorrectly dirty package: SomePackage
