Port back changes that were made in an earlier version of OSWindow and were not integrated during the change from MC to Git:
- Fixing race condition between Window creation and event delivery.
- Activating the change of the cursor in the different morphic worlds.
- Simplification of the interactions between OpenGL context, and Pharo processes. This is used by UFFIOpenGL.
