Menu in visualizations

Alexandre Bergel
Hi!

I would like to have the export menu, zoom + - in the visualization one can open.
Any hint where I can start? Apparently I need to add a toolbar to the GLMTabulator returned by openWithStatusbar

Cheers,
Alexandre

Re: Menu in visualizations

Tudor Girba
I added the toolbar a while ago but I did not like the implementation and then I removed the zoomout, zoomin. I reimplemented it now.

However, I do not much like using the toolbar for these kind of utilities, because they are not about data, they are about the widget. Thus, using the Glamour actions for this is a stretch. It would be cooler to have a nicer widget features (such as a thin graphical bar and keybindings - perhaps like in Photoshop). In any case, until then, we have the toolbar.

Cheers,
Doru

Re: Menu in visualizations

Alexandre Bergel
Excellent!
Eduardo worked on the SVG exporter. I will integrate his work into Mondrian.
I will then work on the implementation of the command lookup in Moose. We should be able to export a visualization under SVG, PNG, ...

Cheers,
Alexandre
