Message Browser: refactoring

Mark Rizun
Hi everyone!

Added a refactoring option in contextual menu in Message Browser.
Fixed: now all refactorings works.
It's described on my blog.
Feedback is welcome:)

I'm trying to merge your changes but I wonder on which version you were
working because you should use Pharo40.

Now you should use the latest version of pharo in the future.
