MessageNotUnderstood:LOCell>>self

Dear Pharo Users
I have just started using Pharo by Example and am having an issue with page 33.  The command LOCELL new and Inspect it, when execute gives me an error MessageNotUnderstood.  See attached image.

I have had excellent results with the package so far in other areas.
