Minor bug - Duplicate Key Bindings

While playing with the "Key Bindings" command  I noticed that the there
are still some duplicate bindings.  They have been mentioned before but
I'm not sure if they made it to a bug list?

ClassBrowser ... Ctrl-D
PackageBrowser ... Ctrl-S
