Minor feature: Dolphin 5 does not warn on multiple executions of the same image after an image saveAs...

If you open an image in Dolphin 5 then save that image with a different name
you can leave it open and then open the same image again by clicking on the
new *.img file.  There is no warning of possible corruption.  This is
probably quite minor in the grand scheme of things, however it might be
worth changing if it is easy to do so.

I am running Dolphin 5.0.1 on Windows 2000.
