Missing Resource Library?

Lately, when I open the Class Diagram the System Transcript displays the
following error message:

"Resource library mscomct2.ocx could not be opened ('mscomct2.ocx'
(16r2: The system cannot find the file specified.))"

The best I can figure is that this is an Visual Basic ActiveX control
module of some sort.  Any ideas?
