Missing toolbar icons

Hi,

I'm missing several icons in the System Browser (see screenshot, top is
DST5, bottom is DSTX6). Is this somehow configurable?

Another thing is that sometimes the method pane in the SystemBrowser
does not refresh. The Window caption get's updated but not the method
pane itself. Unfortunatly I can not reproduce it .... but I'll try.
