Monticello: how to update package-cache listing?

I deleted a mcz file manually from the package-cache directory (outside of Pharo),
but when I go into the package-cache repository, through Monticello,
the deleted file still appears on the list for that package.

What code do I run to refresh the listing of the contents of the package-cache
repository for Monticello?
