There are better things than pdf... such as wget! :)

Now that pillar is giving great result we could turn the online book in pdf.

Thanks Doru, I finally managed to get an offline version using a web crowler. I hope it does not bother any one to do so. May be we should consider having a printable pdf version or at least a zip file of the site (which I can provide since I mirrored it) to make things easier ;). Sheers.
