Yes If you take the launcher there is a moose build on Pharo70. 
We should advertise it. It contains many improvement like a packaged roassal managed on github 
and a FULL rewrite of FAMIX.

Great! What is its release status? A recent launcher still shows Moose 6.1
as beta under "Official Distributions" and doesn't list Moose 7 (which I see
can be accessed under "Moose Jenkins")
