Moose introduces Object>>mooseMenuMorph which builds a menu based on
the #menuItem: and #menuItem:category: pragmas. This should be present
in every Moose tools.
In Glamour, you should use Object>>mooseFinderActions which build a
Glamour set of actions based on the same thing.
This is very important to allow tools to interoperate smoothly.
