Multi window Pharo

Is it still the case the all UIs basically reside within the "one" host Window (World)? Is it not possible to have an app with multiple windows where one of the windows could for example be located onto a second monitor ?

No. You cannot. This has been asked and requested several times. It requies some changes in VM I guess.
