Native file chooser on Mac OS X + Bug in FileChooser>>rebuildFIleFiltersMenu

Hi!

If I use the native file chooser on Mac, it doesn't apply the filters I've  
set, e.g. "*.xml". Is this simply not supported yet or do I have to  
configure it differently? Standard and native file chooser on Windows do  
the filtering as expected.

Additionally I've found small glitch in the non-native file chooser. It  
does not apply a filter if opened as non-native dialog. See attached fix.  
Will this issue be fixed in an upcoming release?
