New Cog VMs available

CogVM binaries as per VMMaker.oscog-eem.1113/r3284

Redo free space allocation on Spur image load. Provide a minimum ammount of

free space, taking into account extant free space. Provisionally use

extraVMMemory in the header, defaulting to growHeadroom if extraVMMemory is

empty. This can be revised if folks protest.

Exclude dumpImage: from Spur (no seg support yet)

These include release candidate Spur VMs for Squeak 5.

ARMv7 stack VMs (v3 and spur) correspondingly updated.

These are known to run on:

1. RPi (original ARMv6)

2. RPi2 (ARMv7)

3. BeagleBone Black

4. Parallella
