New VMMaker on SM

After the mild confusion on SM uploading etc, I can now reassure  
everyone that the package you get when downloading the VMMaker-3.8b6  
is actually the latest version including the fix to  
forceInterruptCheck. I'd appreciate some feedback to confirm that it  
does in fact download, install generate and build ok before making a  
branch in SVN for a set of C files for it.
