New home for xmlrpc project

Hi:

I set up a new home for track the progress of the project xmlrpc
support for Pharo/Squeak: http://code.google.com/p/pharo-xmlrpc/

In the latest version I implemented the <struct></struct> support.

Testers are welcome!
