New location for wiki

I've moved the wiki over to
http://scratchpad.wikia.com/wiki/GNU_Smalltalk#GNU_Smalltalk

I given up for now trying to figure out why Twiki won't allow editing by
others except the administrator. Anyone can edit the new wiki, there's no
need to get an id from me. Just take the tutorial before you start editing.

By the way, add
[[Category:GnuSmalltalk]]   [[Category:GNU Smalltalk]]
to all the pages you do so that they won't get lost in Scratchpad in case
someone breaks the link. You'll still be able to locate it by searching for
it in the search box on the right-hand side of Scratchpad.
