Newbie: Deploying A Web Site in Seaside

Hi all,
I have an application ready to go. It currently resides in my examples directory. How do I get it to display when users go to my my base url? Is that the "Resource Base URL" setting? And how do I password protect the rest of the system?

I have already removed the toolbar and executed the "trimForDeployment" command.
