Non ASCII characters to javascript

Hi Janko,

right now I believe the improper display of umlauts and other non
ASCII characters happens somewhere in the interface between AIDA and
javascript.

I will take every clue which protocols of which classes comprise this
interface. Right now I believe the transfer AIDA --> browser generates
the problem, WebCharts legends also have the problem.
