ODBC database connection from linux?

Hi,

I just tried to connect to a MSSQL database from my linux box (VW 7.5
commercial) with ODBCEXDI, which failed because the CLI libraries were
not found or correctly installed.

(Does this work at all?)
   ifTrue: [ What do I need to do?]
   ifFalse: [ How else can I connect to a Windows-hosted DB? ]
