class ExplicitSystem is totally empty and have no subclass
so I imagine this is just a left over
I will remove it.
I would like to understand the difference between an explicit and
implicit announcer and announcement.
So far I see no difference between the classes
ExplicitSolverAnnouncement
ImplicitSolverAnnouncement
ExplicitSolverAnnouncer
ImplicitSolverAnnouncer
I started to remove duplicated code within the ODESolver and created
hooks and now I got 6 methods less :)
