OSX native title bar with Smalltalk balloon

I don't have OSX but was watching a user launch a 64bit Pharo 7.0.3 image from PharoLauncher,

and noticed the "Smalltalk balloon" showing in its title bar.

I've only the single point of observation, so I'm curious if that is usual?
