Hello all,
To the Access gurus among us, perhaps you can make some sense of something
for me. I have been doing some integrity checks on an Access 97 database,
and found "problems". It is starting to appear that some (but not all)
primary keys have an index name such as Index_170A3455_F4D2_43B3 rather than
PrimaryKey. Removing and re-creating the primary key (single or compound)
results in an index named 'PrimaryKey'. I have yet to put the resulting
database through the checks, but it seems reasonable that it will suddenly
look ok provided I "fix" all of the tables.
The real question is how/why did this happen? Any ideas?
Have a good one,
Bill
