Sorry for rather off-topic question,

GST(3.1) has Seaside, I want to know what version of Seaside is included
(as far as I remember it's 2.9 based, but 2.9 is moving target so I'm curious...).

Most issues are gone.  I could build trunk gst, from MSYS terminal
(rxvt) if I remember correctly.

Now I need to find some time to package 3.1.1 and release it.

It's an old 2.9, so it's actually very similar to 2.8.  Some portability
improvements were made after 2.8 was released, and they are present in
the Seaside version of GST 3.1.
