ObjectDumper

Hi,

I've migrated ObjectDumper as a package and do the same for the tests;
packages that uses ObjectDumper have been updated to load it (socket and
standstonedb).

A small bug has been fixed when a versioned object is loaded.

Thanks, I committed the fix (a similar one) to stable-3.2 as well, and
the package to master after some more refactoring of the SUnit testcases.
