Old smalltalk-mode.el in the Git

Could someone update the Git of GNU Smalltalk to remove its
`smalltalk-mode.el` or to add to it a clear warning that this is
outdated code and that the latest code is at

    https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/smalltalk-mode.html

[ Or some other such measure, the purpose is just to make sure we don't
  end up with someone hacking on that old file or reporting bugs
  against it without knowing that there's a more recent version of it
  elsewhere.  ]
