  Changed paths:
    M build.macos32x86/HowToBuild
    M build.macos32x86/common/Makefile.flags
    M build.macos64x64/HowToBuild
    M build.macos64x64/common/Makefile.flags

  Log Message:
  -----------
  Check for finding an SDK (the compiler error message is cryptic when this
happens).  Inform of the git repositories of SDKs as a source for them.

What about using xcrun for that?

xcrun --sdk macosx10.12 --show-sdk-path

(as in:
$ xcrun --sdk macosx10.12 --show-sdk-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.12.sdk
$ xcrun --sdk macosx10.11 --show-sdk-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.11.sdk
$ xcrun --sdk macosx10.10 --show-sdk-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.10.sdk
)

it can also be used to use the tools from that respective sdk…

It can also be used for all that other "os-es" out there:

$ xcrun --sdk iphoneos10.2 --show-sdk-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS10.2.sdk

$ xcrun --sdk watchos --show-sdk-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/WatchOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/WatchOS3.1.sdk
