[PATCH] remove remaining symlinks when cleaning lightning

Hello,

the attached patch removes the symlinks created by make-am: when clean:
is invoked. It adds a clean-local: target.

You can also find it in patch-2 of the smalltalk--stable--2.3 repo in my
