Hi Folks,
StyledTextEditor fails in Cuis 4.1 due to the changes in Morphic. In the next days I'll publish an updated version. I'll also publish a port of the OpenQwaq profiler for Cuis (it is really wonderful!). Anybody trying packages on Cuis 4.1, please tell about the experience. Tell both about packages working ok, and those needing updates. If you can, maybe also update them, sending Git "pull requests" to the repository owner, or just sending code to package owner. Cheers, Juan Vuletich _______________________________________________ Cuis mailing list [hidden email] http://jvuletich.org/mailman/listinfo/cuis_jvuletich.org |
Hi Juan:
I'm busy in these days, but as soon as I get some free time will try my own packages in 4.1. BTW what is OpenQwaq profiler? (I've not an OpenQwaq image here and Google don't help much neither...) Cheers. 2012/12/14 Juan Vuletich <[hidden email]> Hi Folks, _______________________________________________ Cuis mailing list [hidden email] http://jvuletich.org/mailman/listinfo/cuis_jvuletich.org |
Hi Germán,

(I've not an OpenQwaq image here and Google > don't help much neither...) In Eliot Miranda´s words: "You could also try and extract the SystemProfiler from OpenQwaq, which will run on Cog, and is better than MessageTally. Andreas wrote it to get around some of MessageTally's limitations. It should hopefully show primitives quite accurately." This was discussed extensively on the Pharo list: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.smalltalk.pharo.devel/48228 . Philippe Marschall did a package for Pharo. I ported it to Cuis. I´ll publish it on GitHub soon. Cheers, Juan Vuletich > Cheers. > > > 2012/12/14 Juan Vuletich <[hidden email]> > >> Hi Folks, >> >> StyledTextEditor fails in Cuis 4.1 due to the changes in Morphic. ok, find some minutes and tried SandstoneDB and prereq (that I'm porting) and all goes ok, at least I've the same (still) failing test than in 4.0 #1308.
Cheers.
