Packaging BOF -- schedule

Let's schedule the Packaging BOF for 5:30 on Tuesday. The sessions for the  
day are scheduled to run until latest 5:15 PM with the Smalltalk sessions  
for that day finishing at 5:00 PM. The BOF rooms are available from 5:30  
PM. So it makes more sense to not wait for 6PM. Also this way if the  
Packaging BOF wraps up early those interested can catch the mid to tail  
end of the Gemstone BOF as well as the outing to the Brewery.

The room will be announced later or possibly posted at an appropriate spot  
at the conference or STIC booth.
