Patch is not installed.

Hi, Andy/Blair.

I have tried Live Update many time, the patch is not installed.
Certainly, the patch is downloaded but not installed.

When progress bar in "Install" dialog box reach to 10%,
the dialog box disapper and nothing happend without any walkbak window.

Can my Locale(Korean) affect this situation?
How can I notify this situation to OA?

Are you sure it is not really installed?
